Hex Nuts

Heavy hexagon, single chamfer, washer-faced imperial nuts and double chamfer metric nuts are available from stock in the full range of petrochemical, stainless steel, Duplex, and Super Duplex material grades.

We also supply a variety of specialised nuts for bolt tensioning applications, including round and hex nuts drilled for tommy bars, spherical radius nuts, cap nuts, extra-depth nuts for heat exchangers, and flanged nuts. Locking features can be incorporated as required, such as serrated faces, slotted or cross-drilled designs, deformed threads, and chemical or mechanical locking inserts.

Nut Grades

SFC (Europe) operates two thread rolling machines in-house, providing robust and flexible threading capabilities to meet a wide range of customer requirements. One machine is capable of thread rolling components up to 6″ (150 mm) in diameter, while the other accommodates diameters up to 3″ (75 mm).

This in-house capacity enables us to produce high-quality threads with precision and consistency, while maintaining full control over lead times and production standards.

Specialist Nut Manufacture

In addition to our stocked range, we can manufacture nuts in a wide variety of material grades not already stated, sourced from our extensive inventory of bar stock, to meet specific customer requirements.

All products are manufactured and supplied in full compliance with the testing protocols, certification standards, and surface coating specifications provided by the customer, ensuring complete traceability and adherence to project or industry standards.
