I joined SFC in 2015. Since joining the company I have watched it go from strength to strength, employing more staff, taking on more units & filling them with a wide range of stock. It has been a pleasure to be a part of 10 years of growth.

In my time at SFC I have also become a Mom to two young children. The support & flexibility that SFC have given to me have been invaluable in being able to work alongside the unpredictability that can come with raising a young family. My hours are now reduced to enable me to be able to do the afternoon school run and have the balance between working & parenting.

The last few years have seen me taking on new challenges and progression through joining the Technical Sales Department. I am excited to continue learning from & working alongside such a supportive & knowledgeable team.

I started a little over 6 years ago as a packer.

I have since been given numerous opportunities to learn new skills and areas within operations.

From being the main cover for our stock controller and despatch supervisor, to being our Goods-inwards and Subcontract out supervisor for 5 years.

At the start of 2025, I was given the opportunity to move to our Special Operations team and expand my knowledge further in a completely new role as our Special Operations Expeditor.

We are the land of opportunity.

I’ve been in this industry for over 10 years now, starting out by scanning all documentation for over 8 hours a day!

Now, all these years later, I’m a Sales Manager, proving that (as corny as it sounds) hard work pays off.

I’m excited to continually work on developing my team here at SFC, expand on my own skillset and support the business in the best way possible.

Here’s to another 10 years!

I have been in the industry since 2008 and I was invited to be part of SFC in 2018 as part of their Sales Team (Sales Executive UK).

My responsibilities as a Sales Executive include liaising with customers, costing up quotations (sometimes requiring the help of our technical department for any specialised enquiries) processing orders to Order Entry to enter and build, following up on quotations and maintaining relationships with all of my customers, with my priority ensuring they are happy with our service!

Since being at SFC my own family has grown and SFC have been nothing but flexible in accommodating me when needed.

We are also able to have a voice here and all suggestions are taken under consideration, work wise or personal which I, personally, think is terrific.

We all at SFC are a very close knit group and it’s an amazing group to be part of!

I started with the business back in 2016 as a Production Manager and since then year on year have been given opportunities to apply my skills.

Beit with Production, Warehousing, Expediting, I have learned and helped others learn to progress through the company to achieve both mine and their potentials.

As of 2025, I have been given the opportunity to be part of the Senior Management Team, as Senior Warehouse and Manufacturing Manager where I can grow and apply my skills further.

This would not be possible if it was not for the Team I have around me above and below.

From material planning to planning operations, my focus has always been to get the goods delivered to the customer on time and in full. 96.2% Delivery performance for February is a fantastic achievement from the whole of the SFC team, and this is a team that l’m extremely proud to be a part of.

Having been with SFC for a number of years, they have been amazing in allowing me to return to work as a busy Mom of 3, so I can continue my career in this industry.
